For stock goods paid orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
Please note that in certain rush hours, especially after the appearance of new products and the resulting large number of pre-orders, processing times of several days are possible. Our shipping department will prepare shipping labels for all pre-orders in the forwarder software in advance so that tracking links are automatically sent by the shipping service without the packages actually leaving our warehouse. Please do not let that irritate you. We ask for some patience in such a situation. We do everything possible, that the ordered products will be delivered as soon as possible.
Even contact requests regarding exact delivery dates can not always be processed and answered immediately. We, therefore, ask for understanding and more serenity.
We try to optimize our prices and services. Therefore, as a small company, we, unfortunately, can not afford any major hotlines and would rather invest more time and energy into technical support and product development.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Your package will be always dispatched at our risk. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are empty sized and your items are well-protected.
Depending on the destination your order will be handled either by DHL (Germany only) or UPS as Standard (EU) or Express Saver (Worldwide) Packages.
