Please be aware that this product has a very high insurance value and a volumetric weight of 31 kg. Depending on the shipping destination, shipping costs can be quite expensive. Therefore, this product is excluded from our free shipping policy. We unfortunately need to share the shipping costs with the buyer.

Shipping Challenges and Availability

One challenge we face is that transportation from China to the EU is only possible via express shipping, which costs us approximately $400 USD per unit. This is due to the large packaging carton box, which is classified as a bulky package with a high volumetric weight. These shipping costs are substantial, and despite the high retail price, our profit margin remains very low. Consequently, we have decided not to keep these monitors in stock at our German warehouse. Instead, we offer this product individually upon request. This means that if you are interested in purchasing this monitor, you can place your order online, and we will arrange delivery as soon as possible.

Return Policy Exception and Warranty Information

Please note that this product is excluded from the standard EU right of withdrawal.
It is a custom-imported item, not held in stock, and is manufactured or sourced exclusively upon customer request. As such, it is considered a custom-made product.  The legal right of withdrawal is therefore excluded, as the product is clearly tailored to the individual needs of the customer, and a return would not be economically reasonable.

Custom orders may only be returned in the case of defects and strictly for the purpose of exchange or repair.

By placing the order, the customer explicitly waives any regular return right (e.g., in case of dislike, if the product does not meet expectations, or due to a change of mind).

This product comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, the device will be serviced free of charge at our European maintenance center.

Payment Method

Due to the high retail price and low profit margin, we can only offer Bank Wire Transfer as the payment method for this product. Any other payment method fees would completely consume the remaining margin.
